Skills/Activities Mr. Long is a native of Walker, Louisiana. In 2006, he graduated, Magnum Cum Laude, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University. He was awarded the Association of Government Accountants Scholarship, became a member of The International Honor Society Beta Gamma Sigma and became a member of Phi Kappa Sigma. In 2010, he received his Juris Doctor Degree from the Louisiana State University, Paul M. Hebert Law Center, and a Graduate Diploma in Civil Law. He participated in the Vita Tax Preparation Program and was selected by the Trial Advocacy instructors to receive an invitation to the Wax Malone Chapter of the American Inns of Court. Since 2008, Mr. Long has been employed at The Baringer Law Firm, L.L.C., and in October, 2010 became an Associate Attorney with the firm. He is currently a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and the Baton Rouge Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state and local courts, and the United States District Court, Middle District of Louisiana and Western District of Louisiana. |
